Shipping costs and times

The purchased products are shipped by courier. Delivery times vary depending on the place of destination and generally range from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 7 working days.

ITALY

For orders with destination Italy, shipping costs are free for orders over € 98; for smaller orders the cost amounts to 9 €. The costs are calculated automatically by the program during the purchase phase.
When filling out the electronic order, the system automatically calculates the costs. For all orders outside the Italian territory, please contact info@tenutagatti.it .

TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo delivers its products exclusively on Italian territory and the European Community.

EUROPE

The table below summarizes the shipping costs excluding VAT.

EU Courier To: France, Principality of Monaco, Germany, Austria, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Malta

EU B Courier: Denmark, UK, Spain, Ireland, Croatia, Sweden, Finland

EUROPE: Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway

For Switzerland it is delivered at the same rates as in Italy

Purchase method

The purchase of wines, like all spirits, is exclusively allowed for people over 18 years of age.

All the products purchased on www.tenutagatti.it are sold directly by Nicolas Gatti Russo's TENUTA GATTI farm.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by TENUTA GATTI of Nicolas Gatti Russo by means of an email reply, sent to the email address provided by the customer. By placing the order on the site, the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.

The Customer guarantees, assuming all responsibility and holding the Supplier harmless from any prejudicial consequence, that their data, provided upon acceptance of these general conditions, are true and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer. The Customer is also informed of the need to communicate to the Supplier a valid e-mail address in order to allow the Supplier to forward the order confirmations and any communication.

To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products offered on www.tenutagatti.it , it is necessary to fill in the order form in electronic format, following the relevant instructions. For each order placed TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo issues an invoice for the material sent by e-mail to the order holder. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Prices and payment methods

All the sales prices of the products marketed are displayed and indicated on the site wwwtenutagatti.it . Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices indicated are to be understood as "VAT included" and expressed in Euro. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the procedure at the time of placing the order to the Supplier.

The Customer has the right to choose between different payment methods:

1. Bank transfer in advance, within two days of ordering, made to the following IBAN
2. PayPal or credit card
3. Applepay, Amazon Pay etc.

The purchase contract is finalized through the exact compilation and consent to the purchase expressed through the accession given "online", subject to successful completion of the payment.

General Provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "Products" or "Product") purchased through the website www.tenutagatti. com .

The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity that may be carried out.

The language available to conclude the contract is Italian.

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow them to be memorized and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.

The contracts concluded with Tenuta Gatti by Nicolas Gatti Russo (as defined below) through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.

We invite you to IMMEDIATELY report any breakages and / or missing packages on the delivery document and on the Courier slip.
We are not liable for any shortcomings or breakages detected after the signature on the delivery document. Non-regularity in payments excludes approval of the order.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. Of the Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must send TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

Or by email to info@tenutagatti.com always sent within the aforementioned period of 14 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, we will communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods which must arrive at our warehouses within 14 days from the authorization

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

1. The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
2. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer.
3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
4. TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
5. In case of damage to the goods during transport, TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to protrude report against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.
   
   

TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for providing the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:

• The lack of external packaging and / or wrapping containing the purchased product
• Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, TENUTA GATTI by Nicolas Gatti Russo will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
