The most effective and simple way to produce quality wine and oil is to only perform the strictly necessary intervention. Mother Nature developed, through millions of years, a wonderful mechanism that we do not want to upset. That’s why our firm is completely organic.
The whole range of products as wine and oil and other cultures (oranges, hazelnuts, lemons, cherries…) is organic certified, and we do not just want to adhere to standards, we want to overcome them.
Our choice is based onto two fundamental principles. The first one is that “we are what we eat”, therefore we are the first ones who prefer nourish us with natural products that are not harmful to our health. Secondly, we have a lot of faith in our territory, that is the most relevant part in our wines. We limit ourselves to make these characteristics emerge and to refine our products un order to make them excellent
